Quorum Office Hours brings an advisor to Quorum each month to meet one-on-one with entrepreneurs, answer their questions and offer advice.

Nancy Jean Barnabei has twenty years’ experience with both public and private companies in the biotechnology industry.  She has served as Chief Financial Officer with several emerging companies, in which she played a key role in the transition from fundraising to executing growth strategies.

Nancy has a genuine passion for helping entrepreneurial companies realize their vision. She founded Talkeetna Advisors to work exclusively with early-stage companies, providing guidance on a variety of matters including strategic planning, budgeting, accounting, cash flow management, equity compensation, employee benefits, and capital raising.  With her knowledge of business functions, processes, and strategies, Ms. Barnabei leverages her insight to provide clarity and focus to develop long-range strategic plans and design executable pathways for managing growth.
